    Here you can access courses about various topics that can provide you information and knowledge to make more informed decisions regarding your mental health. Currently now available is an introductory course on anxiety providing self-paced information about what anxiety is and where it comes from, common causes of anxiety and how to identify your anxious experiences, and guidance on the use of an effective technique, emotional freedom techniques (EFT)/tapping, to help reduce stress and anxiety.

    In addition, there is also access to a beginners course on military culture for psychiatric providers who are seeking basic information on how to show up in their practice for individuals from the military community.
