The initial session is a special time to set your goals and intentions for treatment. I begin the process by evaluating exactly what has brought you to treatment and how it is impacting your life. This process begins the path to developing your individualized treatment plan and to help me begin supporting you back to where you want to be.
Individual Therapy Session
Individual therapy is a one-on-one comfortable, supportive, and non-judgmental space. Here I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each clients’ individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they’re striving for, utilizing the best evidence-based treatment practices.
At Reserved For You I do not believe in a standard approach to treatment. I do not approach each individual the same, as no individual has the same journey that has them to our door.
