These group therapy sessions provide a safe space for one to share without judgment. We are all here to encourage, support, and provide a space to find your voice and be yourself.

Group therapy provides the opportunity for you to not only learn more about yourself, but to also learn it with others. It facilitates you giving and receiving support. You will also learn and grow in areas that will teach more self-awareness, self-trust, and self-love.

Group therapy often offers a more affordable space for some. It is less expensive than individual therapy with double the benefits. You will be among a community of individuals, receiving support, guidance, community, insight, relatability, accountability, and connection in addition to the therapist.
Jump Start in Therapy
Since the start of the pandemic, therapy services have been much harder to access due to an overflow of need. While searching and/or waiting to connect with a therapist, group therapy is a great option to start. And, if you haven't experienced therapy yet here you will gain a nice start in the therapeutic process and experience.

This group is an introduction to the basic concepts and skills around identifying and creating healthy boundaries, including identifying various types of boundaries, difficulty with setting boundaries, communicating your needs, and managing the discomfort with setting boundaries.

We will meet every Tuesday for 12 weeks via Zoom. Each session will be 90 minutes, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Upon signing up, you’re committing your time to attend each session. For best results, it is highly encouraged to make your best effort to make each session.

Currently we do not take insurance for the group sessions. However, we can provide you with an invoice, which you can submit to your insurance provider to receive out-of-network reimbursement for our services. The reimbursement amount will vary depending on your insurance provider's policies.
